Kartikeya Sinha, a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA), has had an unwavering passion for food and cooking since his early years. Having lived and traveled throughout Southeast Asia, including a five-year stint in Indonesia, Chef Sinha developed an unmatched appreciation and adoration for the region’s cuisine.

Upon returning to India, Chef Sinha joined the kitchen teams at the renowned Delhi Club House and The Bombay Canteen and contributed to the opening of the Bombay Sweet Shop. Today, he proudly leads his own artisanal kitchen, aptly named Kartikeya’s Kitchen, which has taken the culinary world by storm, captivating the palates of food enthusiasts far and wide.
